Polishing Plenum

Car  MG ZR x2, Polo, CTR
Hey everybody,
I started polishing a few bits and pieces in my engine bay, and after being happy with the results being my first attempt, decided to have a go on my spare plenum chamber, now I know it will take a while to get it looking spot on, but wondered how long it's taken everyone that's done it themselves by hand?

I have a couple of bits and pieces, I've cheated slightly already by sandblasting the whole thing then acid dipping it lol, then used the dremel to remove any casting marks and pores.

I'm at the stage of taking out the final fine scratches, but it's coming along nicely, only taken about 2 hours so far lol

Good call with the shot blasting. Shame you haven't got access to a ceramic stone rumbler. Then all you'd need to do was drop it in, leave it for 6 hours and done, one polished plenum
