possible newbie 172 excluaive

Hi guys lovely forum you got here hope i will be joining you guys. Went to look at a 172 exclusive today. Took it out for a spin the engine was hunting a bit and it seamed to need high revs to get it to really go. I was doing about 75 on a private road in fifth and floored it and it did not really pick up and go is this normal.

I am a big guy and I had the missus in the car as well.

bag of sand, from a mate of mine who is a dealer. 103k cam-belt done at 67 is it due a new one

£1k for the car plus £450 for Cambelt & aux belt kit supplied & fitted that's without anything else that needs doing .

Cambelt change intervals is on age and well as mileage. How long ago was it done
