power loss while turning left (valver)

Anyone had such a thing happen?
I am getting almost all power loss when turning left at low speeds! Does anyone know what this is all about it seems realy weird.
My ball joints need changing could this be due to that?(maybe abs kicking in when the wheel tilts?)

Check your power steering pump/belt mate. Check the PAS fluid level aswell

ive sorted it now it was the wheel juddering because my ball joint was totally f**ked just changed them both now the car feels solid as!!!!!
