Power Steering 172!

I'm having problems with my steering being heavy now and again. Does any1 know if there's a regulator for the steering and if so where it is? I think this may be the problem.

More likly your AUX belt is due a chnage or the tensions worn is it due a belt chnage?

It had a belt a while back, but no tensiorer. Will change it an c how she goes! Thanks!
