power steering gone

alright gang. My steering has become unusually heavy, and when turining the wheels when stationary i can hear a loud hissing noise - could this be a sign the power steering is fecked?

Check the belt and fluid levels first.

done that, everything seems fine. SO wat else could it be?

if theres no leaks maybe there is an internal problem with the pump.
