powerbulbs.co.uk own brand bulbs any good?

as above, are they any good, i'm thinking of replacing all the bulbs in the front so they are the all same colour, and i'm tempted by power bulbs bogof offer and if i place 2 orders i get 2 sets of free blue vison sides, so i can get my brother to go halves.

but are they any good, much better than standard?
