Powerflex bush kits - what bush size?

Looking to refresh all my suspension bushes. On the Powerflex site there are two variants for the different ARB.

For the front ARB Bush do I want 23 or 25 mm?

and..

For the front ARB outer mount do I want 22 or 23 mm?

I take it the new wishbone kit fits all too.

What car do you have?

172 non cup is 23 outer 25 inner
172 cup is 22 outer 23 inner

There is a thread somewhere with all the correct sizes. But i only noted those ones down.

Id let someone else comment to be 100% sure though as that thread could of been wrong. Id of first thought the cup model was bigger than non cup. But, thats what i have wrote down lol.

Ordered all my bushes from a guy on ebay. Roughly 10% cheaper than Powerflex themselves which I am happy with.
