I personally had a nightmare getting the old Bushes out, as i didnt have a vice or anything to clamp it with in my garage. apart from that, it was easy

Great mod this is. Made a massive difference, and I've had none of the vibrations that people often mention on here. Just a Hugely improved gear change, especially when changing whilst you're giving it some stick.

My old bushes basically jumped out.... Stuck it on top of the vice and gave it a whack with the hammer and a drift. No worries.
