anyone used them? they delivered my BRAND NEW Samsung PS42S5HX 42" Plasma on Saturday, get it out of the box, turn it on, completely green screen, doesn't do anything, no menu, no response to any buttons, nothing, can turn it on and turn it off, thats it!! They are supposed to be sending a replacement on Thursday, but WTF?! not happy

plasma - probably tilted over a certain degrees onto it's side or dropped

we had some great fun with these when i worked at comet

that's what I think, when they delivered it, it was in the back of an empty mercedes van standing up straight with nothing holding it, hmmm, don't think it was like that for all of the journey.
