pressure reducing valve and sport steering rack

Hi got a bit of an issue with my clio and the rear brakes locking up. Its a cup race car so it doesnt run any of the standard brake lines or ABS. it has a braiding line run inside with a compbrake bias valve installed on it. but even with this fully would out to reduce pressue the rears still lock up very easily. so i was wondering when it was converted to RHD if a pressure reducing valve or anti lock valve was left out maybe?

Does anyone know if clios had anything like this.

Also are all RHD mk2 clio racks the same? or does the sport rack have a higher ratio?

cheers

Ive been having problems with rear brake locking also. No idea what the cup race cars ran from factory but they were adjustable in car. Ive not fully sorted mine yet

ran a compbrake bias adjuster. mines knackered though i think so going to fit a new one. hopefully will sort the issue.
