* new tyres ?
* tax ?
* brake pads/discs?

wheres the cheapest place to get tyres from?
how easy would it be to get rid of a set of standard alloys?

Tyres £55 each corner fitted depends what typre you want. try black circle for prices.

tax is £120 i think for 12 months

selling alloys is easy enough just sell them cheap.

disk and pads £77 from halfords.
