prices for fitting springs?

Anyone that has had there car fitted with a set of lowering spings can you please tell what you payed to get them fitted thanx just want an idea before i get it done.

i charge the grand sum of £40 english pounds

a garage will charge you 2hours labour (DON'T PAY MORE!)

it can be done in 45min if you know what you're doing

dont have a clue what i am doing so no more than 40 quid then, thats alot cheeper than i thought it would be cheers will be getting it done next week woo hoo Can you give me any pointers on what make of spings are the best to go for looking for a drop of between 20mm to 30mm all round

£40 is my price, a garage will charge you 1-2hours labour which is anywhere from £40p/h +VAT

I managed to do mine myself, took me a good 3-4 hours mind but was a first attempt, only cost me a haynes manual and a good search on here
