ok back in windows.
f**k me a frsh install is like a new laptop. the thing is super fast.
anyhow, th security centre is working again now. no more of this bullshit like before. can open up the internet no issues.
I formatted both partitions. seems ot have done the trick.
i really couldn't see any delete option or anything.
one partion was like 10gb called 'recovery''
the other was like 150gb with 120gb used.
i fomatted both.
thoughts?

I wouldn't have formatted recovery, I would have just deleted the C:/ and re-formatted that.
