Problems ordering from fancy plates!!

I have tried ordering plates from them atleast 3 times now, and when i get to the end it keeps saying "check your email address" when i click check out.

Any help please, im not the best with computers and this is pssing me off lol.

It doesn't work with my email as it has a hyphen ( - ) in it.

Thanks mine has a hyphen to. will have to use the mrs email!!
