project scene scooby

  Whichever has fuel
I am so bitterly disappointed by the way this thread has turned out.

The clio was immense, if a little OTT. This Subaru is just a McDonalds car park wannabe imo. Its just gone all queer for no reason at all! Remove the tow eye, the stupid stickers and that frankly rediculous spoiler and you're left with quite a cool looking car. ATM it just looks like somrthing Darren from Essex would drive. And probably cream over.

Sorry if i've offended or become a 'Hater', but its just so awful I need to express myself.

  MY10 R35 GTR
+1 stickers on the rear window = Fail.

And that exhaust on a NA scoob, say good bye to a good few hps

Too much hate in this thread for my liking....

anyway, found a new exhaust:

Cobra race tube, or screamer pipe :D just a straight through pipe pretty much with a megaphone on the back! No silencers or any of that bullshit....aparently reaches 125 db at 5000rpm lmao! Should be fun for a lil while :rasp:

And a vid of the actual exhaust on previous car. Skip to 4:15 for a fly by!

Hi, you cant have a screamer pipe, the bit that makes it 'scream' is missing... And for the love of god take the spoiler off, its not a turbo you shouldn't try and make it look like one :(

oh another scoody with a massive spoiler and a stupid loud s**t sounding exhaust........i see about 10 a day and all driven by bald small chavs

this thread had so much potential but has now turned into a project thread for a typical chav subaru

  More poke than viagr
Decided against the exhaust now, bit too excessive for a daily driver. And dosnt look half as nice as the one ive got on atm :)

Ive got my old bootlid sat in my room and thinking of smooting it all out. I think before i take the spoiler off, the rest of the car needs to look something special. or else it just looks like an old mans car, so front end needs sorting out, splitter to go on (smoothing that off aswell) badgeless grill needs sorting out and side skirts need to go on.

I hope you've not added a bonnet scoop.

This looked so promising, and now you're going rapidly down the pikey highway.

Remove spoiler, as it's doing just that.
Remove bonnet vent, if you've added one.
JUN grille.
JUN splitter.
Moar lows.

Perfect.

Massive change of direction (good), let's hope it works out.

If you need a spoiler to finish the back off, I would go subtle like this.

My opinion of course, might not be to every ones tatse but it got to be better
than having the Clifton suspention bridge on the back of your car.

  145db Euro'd clio
This car has a lot to live up to tbh after the clio. It needs to have the arches rolled and pulled. needs to be decked. subtle spoiler. smooth it. Make it J-euro. J-euro is cooool!

Not got a vented bonnet, decided to keep it smooth.

I think i finally understood what you've all been talking about last night, went to LG Arena in birmingham for a gig last night (was epic btw!!) and must have seen 5-6 scoobies with big wings on just on a 20 min drive.

Not really feeling the lip spoilers tbh, its neither here nor there IMO. For me has to be either no spoiler or big spoiler :)

Yep looking for a place to do my arches properly, but going to wait until after winter as winter wheels are going on at weekend :(

Also found some big 4 pot brakes for the front for a steal :)

Just bought some bigger 4 pot brakes for the front, not brembo's tho unfortunatly :(

Not exact ones either lol, just to show you what they 'will' look like :)

nah dont want those ones, heard bad things about them. Got standard discs atm, so will wear them out before getting some nice ones

Team japspeed induction kit fitted now, sounds truly epic. Deep and rumbly at low rpm and almost screems at high rpm :D epic

Last pics of car on these wheels for couple of months, winter wheels going on tommorow before the cold weather (and maybe snow :D) arrives end of next week.

LOL can imagine just hearing a *THUD* then thinking "Hmm, my performance just increased a tad?"

Im pretty sure thats illegal, there's a thin line about tyre tread having to be under the arches for it to be road legal..

not trying to piss on your flames, but I'd try and check it incase you do really get pulled lol.
