Prototype clio footrest!

Had a bit of spare time on my hands today so popped down the workshop for a tinker. Decided to make a footrest for the car. I made an exact copy of the plastic one that comes in the clio. It is made out of hardwearing aluminium dural checker plate, fully welded back supports and machined screw holder. Will be getting it polished when done and might make some out of some other materials. Comments welcome and when have finished design might decided to make a couple more if there is enough interest. Sorry for the poor picture of in the car will get some more whem polished and clean(footwell too )Will also source some stainless screws to get rid of that horrible balck one

well i can always take them off and make some different ones

would match the foot rest though,
you could go to town with the chequer plate, could try or dash and gear insers if you fance a challenge lol,
It could work out quite profitable if you sold them.

i can do whatever design you like this is a prototype, i will make one with holes and out of normal plate on thursday and post pics

I guess so yeah. Can you make sure its of minimum thickness as well please. Ta!
