Purple Screens

Whats the idea of those purple screens... seen loads of renaults goin round with em today... quite a heavy purple tint on the windscreen!? whats it all about!?

Yup, they are heat reflective.

Looking Outside in, it looks purple.
Looking from the inside, its not really noticable.
