They do sound nice. Look the part too. Worth £300? Not so sure. Good bit of kit though without a doubt.

I certainly rate mine, but I'd recommend a remap to really get the best out of it.

Yep awsum bit of kit!

Had mine for a year, Power curve is much more linear for some reason, although for the money they are not worth it...But i only paid about 150£ so all good.

Mine doesn't make too much noise either....

Mine makes more noise than my exhaust at lower revs.... but the prospeed takes over. lol.

Looks sweet! Are induction kits really worth there money though, even carbon ones like these?

Where can you get them and how much they cost?

can get them from loads of retailer for around the 300quid mark, which however you look at it is steep.

i was going to buy one off ebay for 200quid but had to pull out as i crashed my car, and needed the money to pay the f**king excess.

i wont be bothering to fit one to my 172 unless one comes up cheap, as ive bought a replacement panel filter which will do for the time being and at 30quid its much better value. as the 10x cost isnt going to give me 10x the performance gain.

if ure buying purely for performance gains then the 380 quid for the maxogen just isn't worth it.
If however, you keep your engine clean, and like to show it off then combine the power gains with the looks, and it becomes a bit more justifyable.

my engine will be getting the silicone hose treatment soon do for me it was something i could justify.
