As some of you are aware my Trophy has had an intermittent temperature sensor fault for the last few weeks. Because it didnt happen when the car was booked in they couldnt fix it.
This morning it stopped being intermittent and became constant. I called Renault Birmingham and asked one of the guys in service if they could take a look at it today. He basically fobbed me off saying no chance, then adding the guy who does that is off sick!!! Obviously I wasnt impressed as now the car is running really badly and not wanting to start, so I went down to say hello in person.
It took a while as they were quite busy, but they now have the car, and are either going to fix it today if they have the part or tomorrow if it needs ordering in. Because they had no courtesy cars they have hired me a car from Enterprise.
Shame it took me going down to get it sorted but I cant fault the service guy I always deal with there. Chris Green his name is, so if you have a RS Clio and use Renault Birmingham hes your man.
