query about clio 172 front wings

Hello all,

I am after a bit of advice. I finally got my new 172 yesterday and have been out washing a polishing it today. I noticed that on the inside of the wings where the wheels are there are a couple of screw holes but nothing there.

Should there be a black plastic lining on the inside of the wings or not???

Yes, both arches should be filled with plastic arch liners.
