Quick 172/182 bumper question

I am getting my bumper fixed under my insurance today and wondered if the 172 and 182 bumpers were exactly the same part code. The garage that im getting it repaired under said they were ordering in a 172 bumper. Anyone?

I would think the 182 bumper would have a different code, and have the exhaust holes already pre-cut into the bumper, but I may be wrong

Id say the same, although the bumper is the same id expect its a different part number with holes pre-cut. Bodyshop could cut the holes easily but sods law says theyd f**k it up and theyd be on the piss.

If you mean front bumpers they are the same.

Sorry, i meant front bumpers. I would have thought rear ones would be different.
