quick clio cup question

Hi

Can anyone help please

Im looking for a clio 172 cup, ive been to look at a few now, but am a little confussed, does anyone know if they all had mpg etc computers?
the first car i looked at had the option to check mpg etc on the right had stick?
I am unsure if this was an optional extra or not? i cant seem to find any info about it using the search function.
Or am i being silly and pressing the wrong buttons

Mine was broke and didn't work when I got mine. One of the wires had come unsoldered-isn't a huge issue if it is 'just' the stalk. A new one can be had for about £15 if that's all that's wrong.
