quick question about the ebay courier

their ebay ad says "Maximum Parcel Length is 1.5m and 3m Maximum Length and Girth Combined."

so im a little confused what the maximum length is. what do you think?

maximum length is 1.5m, if the length is less than 1.5m but when added to the girth it is over 3.0m then it's too big :rasp:

Providing girth is <1.5m then the max length is 1.5m.

Subtract the divergence between 1.5m and actually girth size away from the 1.5m quoted for the length.

tried using these guys this week. entered on the form they gave me to pick something up on friday. they turned up yesterday when it wasnt ready... so i emailed them last night asking them to pick it up today.

i get an email today saying i have to rebook!

thats a joke. they didnt read the form properly so i have to wait longer!?

i use parcel2go when i need to send stuff. they have a set rate and use mainly hdnl and dhl. First experience i had with them was poo, because the driver didn't check addresses on the parcels and picked the wrong one up (from my work) so i had to deliver the parcel by hand, 2nd and 3rd time has been tip top.

^^^ agree, but my first time was perfect, second time, they never bothered collectiong the parcel despite telling me they have rearranged to collect, 3 seperate times, and still didnt' turn up to collect it, so they refunded me, after making me and the seller wait a week for them pissing around, they didnt' even appologise
