Quick question on new alloys offset with spacers

I'm getting a new set of alloys and the offset of them is 35. I think I'm right in saying the Ph2 non sport clios offset is 35? My old alloys offset was 40 and I have 30mm spacers (15mm each side) will the new alloys be okay with the spacers on? Or will they stick out too much? The tyre width will be the same at 205.
