Quick question

Just need a very simple question answering really Re: Polishing & waxing.

I washed the car thoroughly yesterday & used the car last night & today. Now is it safe to spritz the car with Quick Detailer & go round it with a microfibre before polishing & waxing or does it really have to be washed again before hand?

QD will lift dust and fingerprints, but anything more will scratch the paint,

would suggest be safe and wash it again
