quickest way to remove engine from donor car?

Doing a engine swap at the minute. Have the damaged engine ready to come out. I have a donor 182 to remove a engine from. Im trying to avoid carefully disconnecting stuff as the takes all day.Where are the main disconnects so i can just pull the engine, loom and hoses all out together?

I presume theres two on the rack, the two heater hoses, aircon and earths ? Is there a main electric one for the engine loom etc?

also do those hooks on the head take the load of engine and box??
