Quickie... Which brake pads?

Had a little search and seen that people on here like the EBC pads. Im after replacement pads that would offer just a little more bite than standard, with maybe the odd track day usage. Your thoughts please?:approve:

dont think ebc green stuff are designed for track day.. good for the road though..

yep exactly the EBC green's are very good, and you could just about get away with doing the odd track day with them

best all round pad is the DS2500

Used greens on quite a few of my cars and found them to be okay....not sure about track use though.

Avoid EBC discs

A bit so long as you go get ds3000's its not to bad though plus 3000's destroy the finish of your wheels and damage the paint.

Evogone destroyed his wheels with 3000's and there similar to PF97's IMO. Plus they damages people paint (I don't think we can can forget some people weren't happy with them to be honest).

Total can or works here though. Dust is the issue though your right I've the 2500's and i don't like them just I need them to stop fade.

I'm just worried what going to happen when I come to clean my wheels this week they've not been done for about 6k with 2500's on them.

We can but hope, its not been washed by me since before the world series at Donnington. I don't think so though the amount of stone chips its gone and unfortunly it looks like rust on the bonnet makes me not want to wash it.
Renault have washed it twice but not been done for a bit. I thought it realy should at least be givena quick onces over with a sponge for the show.
