Quinn Direct - Anyone use them?

  Civic Vtec y0
Been on moneysupermarket and at the min I pay £61 a month for my Insurance and appartenly Quinn Direct can lower my monthly payments to £30.95 a month!

Couldnt believe it, they can half my quote!! And you get free breakdown cover, however just want to know if any one uses them at the min? Any comments or feedback?

My mate uses them. Seem pretty good to me. The guy reversed into my car once whilst it was parked up. Needed around £900 worth of work doing.

Rang my insurers (Direct Line) who were just assholes throughout the entire process. However, Quinn then contacted me, asked me how I was, and that they will be happy to deal with the claim directly and cut out Direct Line. Said yes, they paid for the work at the garage of my choice and even had a representative come round, ask if I was alright (even though I wasnt even near the car at the time :D) and just got be to sign some stuff.

Far better service than Direct Line, and offered to contact me at renewal time and offer me a better deal.

personaly i would not use them, as i deal with this company day in day out, my job (insurance) they never want to pay out, cheap insurance = cheap service and everyone there thinks there a manager but thas just imo.. make up your own mind is what i say

my bikes insured with them and they were great when i made a claim

Were fine when I used them as well, only had to make one chnage which was a number plate.

Phoned them up to declare some mods and as they weren't engine related there was no extra charge.

Never had to make a claim though.

My mates insured under quinn. Hes happy with their service and says their quite cheap aswel.

as for Verns comment, im sure ud give a biased opinon whilst ur working in the industry. Im sure that ur probably insured under the company u work for and therefore have never actually dealt with quinn as a customer like the rest of us. U cant call them cheap and s**t just because they wont pay ur company can u!

we all know that insurers do whatever they can not to pay out anyway.

I don't work for an insurance company, i work with "insurance none fault accident claims" i speak to every inurance company there is almost all week, and if you had perhaps read my comment correctly in the first place i did say personaly this was imo only and to make up your own mind so therefore did it really warrent the reply by you

please dont make presumptions

also are you insured by quinn , as i thought you said it was your mate and that he was happy, yet you say "as a customer like the rest of us"
