R26 Engine Cost

Dreaming, no plans on doing it. But how much does an R26 engine normally cost? This seems a lot compared to what I'd expected, as it doesn't come with turbo etc..

Assume an R26 gearbox would be needed too?

How many hours would it take to fit? Thinking of labour costs etc.

Would £2000 be enough for parts labour etc for a full conversion? How far off am I?

If going into a ph2 Clio a lot of work I looked into doing this and the parts and the money was racking up......

Any 225 will do, essentially I was looking for a cheaper way to turbo my 200

Tis all 'in theory' at the min, as my Cambelt etc is due end of this year, Im tempted to sink some cash into the car and upgrade the whole engine
