Been speaking to the partner today reagarding the R27. She had a look at the renaultsport pages, liked the colour liquid yellow,... loves the decals! (bonus). So we booked a test drive for this friday over the internet.
Local garage is Dixons Lincoln, was phoned back about 45mins to tell us that they did not have one allocated to them yet, and that only one R27 will be allocated to the fleet which will be based in Hull. The sales man, Chris, is going to ring me back tomorrow with more info on securing the car for a test drive.
8 week wait for ordering one now, end of July start of Aug is the earliest at the moment for actually getting the car.
0% on finance with a 30% deposit.
My only big worry is that we live in town and the car will be parked on the street overnight. Its a cul-de-sac so not as bad as main thru-fair but still a worry. Car cover will be purchased.
Insurance with me and partner is £345FC with £200 excess.
Not driven a 172/182 only a Megane 225 from Grantham to York.
