My mate has some brand new -35mm lowering spring that he brought for his Renault 5, are the suspension parts interchangeable between the 2 cars?

if so, i have some free loweing springs?

The front springs would fit... but they are designed to have a piddly 1.4 engine over the top of them.. not a heavy 2.0 16V
