Race and motorbike batteries

Hi guys,

Is anyone using a bike battery and relocated it?

Ive seen one thread that didn't go into much detail saying it was £20 and 0.5kg?

What are they like for dailys? I wouldn't want to be caught short somewhere all to save 10kg or whatever!

Can anyone link me to what they are using please?

Wouldn't bother for a daily as it will catch you out at some point, they are fine for hillclimb/circuit cars as you have very little accessories for draw it down. Unless you go lithium but they are quite expensive and personally i wouldn't fancy having one in my car because if your alternator every messes up and start over charging you effectively have a small bomb sitting in your car.
