Racing Blue 197 white wheels, St Ives?

Spotted on the way into St Ives today parked in a car park.

It looked like a 197 cup as it had the cup wheels and cup spoiler.

It has a cliosport.net tax disk holder by the looks of it too.

Anyone on here?
