Put a new battery in to try and sort a starting issue, didn't work.

Anyway I now need a radio code for this serial number- RN278F20286512 if anyone could help, cheers

I've entered this code James but when I press and hold preset 6 to enter it it comes back as CODE?

Preset then longhold 6 to enter and scrolling through stalk and longhold the bottom button, very strange as I've never had a problem on all my other 1*2s

Still not accepting the code, it's now not even letting me enter it as it just says code on the screen

Remember having a similar issue, reset your battery to get back to stage1, but this time once on your final number press and hold 6 for a while and it should work. Just play around with it and itll work, never knew the exact steps when i did mine but got it working anyhow by trial and error.

Well I've found the problem, although that serial number comes back as radio code 1905 I noticed there was a code written on the radio itself in faded marker.

Entered 1849 and bingo radio works, shame about the engine not playing ball
