these are the boys in rutherglen ask nice and they may come out to you and give you an estimate.
http://www.dentecpdr.co.uk/- do really good work easily as good if not better than the the manufacturers body shop, and alot cheaper, tell them you were recommended by evans halshaw Ford in EK he may discount you never know.
http://sldentrepair.co.uk/ this is theboy who done my clio in a blizzard, iirc he done the side of my car, door rear quarter, about 4 dents for £80 which was pretty decent price. but he only does dents not paint.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but my Ly r27 has a few stone chips, would they be difficult to fill in/paint or whatever they do? Wouldnt be a respray would it:S All woried after reading this thread lol.

I had i dent on my passanger side rear/Q, it was creased right on the arch line and i got it pulled out, there are a few tiny dimples but only i know that they are there, no-one else would have a clue so you might be ok mate.:D

Whatever panel has stone chips in, to do it properly the entire panel would be re - done, be it bumper whatever. As I've said before with a colour like ly, I wouldn't waste my time doing it on the cheap - really not worth it.

^^^ so what do companies like chips away do to the car then?? Cant afford a new bumber and the rest, might have to be a touch up pen job :(

think the dent guys will be able to pop that out without too much trouble (provding the area isnt double skinned). I guess you'll then have to decide whether its worthwhile paying for the entire side of the car to be resprayed...

im hoping it wont break the paint anymore by popping it out. theres some horrible scratches around that are that my camera wont show. ah well .:(

that will repair extremely easily, a bodyshop will charge you around 150 to put it right including painting the whole panel and blowing into the door.

Phone dentec, they did my first bit of damage to the car.
If you phone them and brian answers, he is a good guy, alan the director is also a excellent guy. Work its top notch but can be a bit pricier some times.

Paul - PM/Text me and ill recommend some other places. Got loads that i know who have worked on mine and i trust them with the car. The dent ive got another guy who is good at that too.

nope not done anything about it yet. waiting till after xmas now. The dirt is covering it up at the minute.

After reading this thread again I've had a thought, if the paint's been cracked on the dent, whats the point of getting a dent removal place to do it when you're gonna have to take it to a bodyshop to get sprayed anyway?

apparently peugeot eccosse can sort out the paint chips for me without doing the whole side of the car. Their main show car is a 206 180gti in liquid yellow and they can pretty much guarantee a ''perfect'' match on that particular panel.

but yea your right , useless getting the dent fixed and leaving paint chips.:dapprove:
