Thats not even a 172. Its a Mk2 Ph1 thats had an engine conversion and new bumper. Look at the rear bumper you can see the original plastic trim that hasnt been colour coded, not to mention the none sport headlights on the front.

Edit. Wait what? it has the sports dials... wtf has he done to it!?
