Had a great day a the phil price rally school!
Staff were great and the driving was excellent. MINT cars

The two mk2 escorts and Scooby you drive

The cars the pro takes you out in

And the lap times for the race, i came 3rd and two of the drivers were taking their tests!

It was a 21st b'day present so not sure how much it was. I imagine fair expensive, not looked yet.
I wan't to go again tho. Maybe even get my license.
You get a full day was there from 9-5 and spend a good few hours of that in the cars.

i did a rally school on my 21st too. lol they were holding me back though so didnt enjoy it as much as i could of.

I was thinking the same? Interesting concept. I saw an Evo VI for sale a few years back that had switchable petrol and LPG fueling. Would be really useful to select LGP for motorway trips, etc - and then have petrol for the fun stuff.

I guess it must work ok or else they wouldn't risk their rally days being ruined by under-powered cars?

LPG is equivalent to 108 octane IIRC so you can advance the timing for more power

All they did was to teach you how to do handbrake turns, being a chav back then I was already a pro at this. Annoyed me.

However rwd + 4wd cars look ace. I fancy a go in a mk2 escort course

And yehh the escorts were a pisser! also the red subaru has been converted to rear wheel drive so that was a little lairy! haha
