Random plugs behind light adjustment switch

Hi guys

Basically, next to my dial light adjustment roller switch thingy, someone has kindly drilled a hole wherethe TC button goes. Now, there is also 4 plugs behind that panel, are any of them for TC? Was curious if it was removed for some reason... It's a 51 plate btw. Some pics:

Thanks a lot Paul! Just wanted to make sure nothing was unplugged that shouldn't be, I just seem to keep finding random unplugged plugs everywhere!
