raspy or rattley

i recent bought a used ktec stealth back box. ktec told me it was one of there later boxes but since fitting it i have noticed that it is very loud, which isnt a bad thing, but just after 3k it has abit of a chavvy rattley rasp. is this what they sound like?

yes thats what they sound like raspy as hell from 3k onwards to about 5k i think mine is i quite like it.

is that with or without centre silencer mate?

without the mid silencer mate, and then it gets even more raspy with a decat fitted.

mine has a sports cat and a mid silencer and its pretty loud i just wonde whether or not to chop the silencer out and put in a 2.5 section.evrything else is already 2.5

that has a real performance sound to it i like it. mine also sounds hollow on tick over, like its really badly blowing,but its not.

Thats without a mid box and a straight through de-cat, not that the silenced de-cat are any quieter.
