rattle :(

brand new car only 300 miles and theres an annoying rattle coming from around the glovebox area on the passenger side. does anybody have any clue what it could be? when i place my hand on the glovebox it stops, but doesnt stop when the glovebox lid is down.


(awaits reply advising me to turn my stereo up!)

one of the screws loose maybe? go round with a torx/hex key or something

Got the same on mine and after 17,000 miles i still dont know what it is. I put a sponge behind the relay box which seems to have dampened it down a bit but its still there. Might be cables rubbing together but mine sounds like the plastic.... dont fancy taking anything apart so not sure what to do... i just prod it now and then and it goes away....

ohh rattles i have plenty of them my sunroof rattles since i took it out my seat creaks when ever it pleases and i here a tap from the fuse box whenever i use the electric windows in my opinion drive the car and dont let it bother you

give it 30,000 miles and itll be run in so its ok

It could be the seat or the door cards. Rattles sound like they are coming from somewhere but its coming from somewhere else what a pain i just turn up the radio now
