rattling seat! doing my head in

i have a ph-quick and my passenger seat is rattling like hell looked underneath titened all bolts still rattling help please

My ph2 172 does this, its soo annoying, i have to put my shopping on the front seat to weigh it down so it doesnt rattle !!!!

its common... tightening it up won't stop it. they rattle on the runners, which need to move freely.

grease helps... but isnt a permanent fix.

Mine is the same, I have 2 rattles, this and the bloody glove box.

Rattles are install on the production line in Dieppe I'm afraid.

Mine is cured by putting the seat in a position where it doesn't move, takes ages to find it and as soon as my passenger moves the seat forwards I have to then find that perfect "sweet" spot again

If you hold the backrest of the seat as far forward as you can (as if someone was getting in the back) as you push the base of the seat back on its runners then slowly lift the back rest of the seat back up it will locate properly, works on mine anyway.

i sprayed my runners with wd40 4 months ago and my noise hasnt come bk,worth trying guys

mine does this too! will try wd-40.. if that fails i'll just have to turn the stereo up.... when it works.
