Time to rap the old girl up for winter, so it will be getting some loving today.

Gunna wash it round mothers house then drive 1/2mile to work so i can apply polish/wax in a nice toatie workshop.

Cant wait to try out me new dodo and g101.

Ill just be doing Shampoo Plus, Clay with Sonus Green, seal with Jeffs AJT and wax with Megs no.16.

just about to head outside also, bit nippy at the minute but meant to be good weather today.
i've not got all morning so just giving mine a bloody good wash/shampoo then whack some Harlys wax over it.

crap knowing it'll only get dirty the next time you drive it but hey we all know and do it lol

G101 seems VERY good. Bought a sample and tried it out today. Might have to invest in some more. Only thing is I dont have a rep around here I dont think?? Any ideas??

I want to find a better/cheaper APC then the Megs stuff. Daisy from tesco is "okay" on the engine but doesnt foam up at all even in a spray bottle. I like to see foam for some reason..makes if seem like its working!

The other problem with Daisy is you can't really use it on interiors - its okay for arches, but I'm not keen otherwise.

The Megs one is great but pricey when compared to G101 or G202, as you are getting 5L for less than the 3.78L of the Megs.

Surfex is probably the best of all of the APC's, but I don't like using it... as it doesn't foam

Yep thats what I found too about interior..arches/shuts and under the "hood" is where I use it..just incase the foam from the others runs into anything I dont want it too.

My engine bay is a mess though..spent a few minutes trying to clean it up today and just couldnt be arsed! spruced it up a bit but not how I want it.

i got my g101 5litres for £10 off my auto smart man, only because i always buy everytime he comes round, even chucked a spray can and some air freshners.
