Has anyone moved the tweeters location in a mk2 so that the tweeters are facing you? Despite fitting an amp and component speakers, I am still getting a lot of hissing from "sss" sounding words. I've heard this is caused by the sound bouncing off the windscreen and echoing. My tweeters came with angled enclosures that I could mount on top of the standard tweeters grills. Has anyone tried anything similar?
Another option I thought would be cool (although a lot of work) would be having the tweeters mounted behind the directional face air vents and move the air to the tweeter grill :rasp:
