Really annoying rubbing sound from read of my clio

Its been lowered 35mm and has 17 inch wheels fitted. Could the wheels be buffing against the splashguards under the arches?

It makes the noise similar to when you put a coke can on the tyre of a bmx to make it sound like a motorbike and is driving me mental!

Its def not a wheel bearing and the exhaust is also fine.

probably scrape how long it been doing it? it might wear away, alot of mine did.

Few weeks now, its drivin me up the bloody wall. How easy is it to get those splash guards out?
