Rear bearings 16v

Can anyone help please ? Which way around do the bearings sit in the disc ? I've just bought the lot ! Do i take the plastic cover off of the Bearing then press it in ?

best get a garage to do it. it will take them 10 mins and fit for about a tenner.

You need a Hydraulic press mate, if you hammer them in you will most likely f**k them up.
