rear bearings im confused now please help

:) hi just brought some rear disc's without the bearings included
ive been told on here that it is not easy getting the old bearings out of the existing disc's so now im looking at buying the bearings

what is involved in pressing the new bearing in?
can i do it myself?
do you need a special tool?

please help a bit confused

i have a corby trouser press but i dont think that will do it!!

how much does it cost to get them pressed fella any idea!!

id be impressed to know

no idea mate, im in the trade so did mine for free. shouldnt be much tho. Just take the discs and bearings to a local garage and wave a tenner under a mechanic's nose.

If u were more local to me id do them for you

cheers for the help will order some new bearing from ktec i think.
hopefully my new grooved discs and pads should arrive in the morning

dude if u bring the disks n bearings to me il press em in both sides for £20 im only in derby can do it at work

i might take you up on that offer matey do you know anywhere i might get a good price on some bearings?
 
You can do it without a press..but you would be mad to try it..and you probably end up wrecking the seal and squirting the grease out.
I would defo get it dont professionally.
