rear belts removed will pass MOT?

  Renaukt Clio Cup Spo
currently in process on changing some frayed belts, but thought as i don't take many passengers can i just remove the rear belts completely or is this a requirement for it to pass if it still has the back seats in?

thinking about stripping as well so taking the back seats out altogether any help is much appreciated.

thanks

As above, take the seats out.

It still might take some convincing though, but legally it should pass.

Never had any issues with no seats and belts in the back of mine (or any other track car at home in the past) passing an MOT test, it is obvious you can't take passengers!!
