if its been lowered then the rear bias adjuster is being fooled into thinking you have pp; in the back and not applying enough pressure to the calipers , but as said if it feels ok go with it or you can adjust the rear bias valve. also if the calipers were seized your discs wouldnt be rusty and the brakes would feel shite & would overheat, you would hear them binding to .
