Trying to remove my rear beam tonight in order to fit my PMS bearing kit, but i cant for the life of me get the brake unions undone seem to have been rounded off in the past and ignored, what am i best to do i need to get it apart at least at one end either the car side of the flexi hose side!

haven't yet tried mole grips or stilsons.

Ive managed to crack off the union on the right of this pic!

Im tempted if i can get them out remove the 2 pipes from the compensator block and re-make new copper hose and fitting braided lines, if i cant get the other pipe undone.

Why not use the right tool now that a normal spanner won't do the job rather than mole grips or some other pikey method.

Yeah I'm not aloud to do that! pretty much all my tools are kept at work apart from a socket set, spanners, screw drivers and battery guns normally perfect for what i need to do pre trackday emergency repairs etc!

hopefully i haven't damaged the union to much to not be able to get my brake spanner to bite!!

if i have ill guess ill bringing my copper pipe, pipe flailing tool, pipe bender and unions home from work for some new lines :p
