rear brakes on 172 Cup

When l take my foot off the brake pedal (with the engine running) l hear the rear brakes come off with a 'clunk'.Is this how they are? I had the car serviced yesterday and because l was listening for another noise from the front l noticed this one from the back?

Mine's done that since new too...never had a problem with it.
